Terms and Conditions of Sale

QuestShot provides services to escape room professionals, including website creation and redesign, SEO, SEA, digital marketing, graphic design, photography, content creation, maintenance, technical support, and consulting.

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

An order becomes final upon acceptance of the quotation or payment of the deposit.

Prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes unless otherwise stated. Any services outside the agreed quotation will be invoiced separately.

Unless otherwise stated: 50% upon order, balance upon delivery.

Late payments may result in interest charges, applicable statutory penalties, and suspension of services.

Delivery times are indicative and may be extended in the event of Client delays, force majeure, or technical difficulties.

The Client shall provide the required content, warrants that it owns the necessary rights, and shall respond within reasonable timeframes.

The Client has 15 days to report any non-conformity. Failing this, the services shall be deemed accepted. Going live constitutes acceptance.

Any request outside the initial scope shall be subject to an additional quotation.

After 30 days without any response, QuestShot may suspend the project. After 90 days, the project may be considered abandoned, and deposits shall remain non-refundable.

If the Client cancels the project, the deposit shall remain non-refundable and completed work shall be payable.

QuestShot shall not be liable for failures of hosting providers, registrars, CMS platforms, or third-party services.

The Client warrants that it holds the rights to all content provided. Third-party resources remain subject to their respective licenses.

QuestShot is bound by a best-efforts obligation and does not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, revenue, or return on investment (ROI).

Maintenance covers only the services expressly provided for in the agreement. Additional developments shall be invoiced separately.

QuestShot's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service during the previous 12 months. No indirect damages may be claimed.

QuestShot may showcase the project in its portfolio unless the Client objects in writing.

The Client remains responsible for backups unless otherwise agreed under a specific contract.

The Client shall provide the necessary access credentials and remains the owner of its accounts.

QuestShot may use artificial intelligence tools while ensuring human supervision of all deliverables.

The Client undertakes to cooperate actively to enable the proper performance of the services.

The warranty does not cover modifications made by third parties, hosting providers, or external platforms.

The information exchanged shall remain confidential for a period of five years.

Obligations shall be suspended during any event of force majeure.

The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These T&Cs together with the quotation constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Paraguay.

The competent courts of Asunción (Paraguay) shall have exclusive jurisdiction following an attempt at amicable settlement.
